1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using kuorbit.com or any services provided by Kuorbit ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Kuorbit provides web design, development, and ongoing maintenance services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are outlined in a separate proposal or agreement between Kuorbit and the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
When engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver the project
- Supply content, images, brand assets, and feedback in a timely manner
- Review and approve deliverables within the agreed-upon timeframes
- Ensure that any materials you provide do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
- Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final website design and custom code created specifically for their project. Kuorbit retains the right to:
- Showcase the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials
- Reuse general-purpose code, frameworks, and components across projects
- Retain ownership of any proprietary tools, templates, or systems used during development
Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. General terms include:
- A deposit is required before work begins and is non-refundable
- Final payment is due upon project completion, before the website goes live
- Maintenance plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice
- Late payments may result in service suspension until the balance is cleared
6. Website Hosting & Maintenance
If you subscribe to our maintenance plan, we will provide ongoing hosting, updates, and support as described in your service agreement. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kuorbit provides services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. Any deposit paid is non-refundable. Upon termination, Kuorbit will provide the client with all completed deliverables.
9. Use of Website
When using kuorbit.com, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any content from our website without permission
- Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
10. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Visiting external links is at your own risk.
11. Changes to These Terms
